Five terms every AI image creator needs to know.
Master these five concepts and every platform becomes easier to control. These appear in every issue. Bookmark this section and come back to it.
The five-part structure behind every professional AI image: Subject, Setting, Lighting, Style, Parameters. Learn this once. Apply it everywhere.
Tell the model what to leave out. No harsh shadows. No text. No watermarks. Precision through exclusion is faster than precision through addition.
Reference a known aesthetic, photographer, or visual genre to anchor the model’s output. “Shot on Fujifilm, minimal editorial” does more work than “professional and clean.”
Fix the random seed to iterate on one composition without visual drift between generations. Essential for brand consistency across a campaign.
Name the physical substance of every object in your prompt. “Frosted glass” beats “bottle.” “Boiled wool” beats “jacket.” Material words change texture rendering directly.
PRO TIP
The best prompts are not long they are structured. Subject, lighting, style, technical parameters. In that order, every time.
